We’re proud to unveil a new corporate identity which more effectively represents our three contemporary divisions and wide-ranging temperature control services to diverse sectors.
Already rolled-out across our engineering service vans, signage and uniforms, we’re delighted with the new company identity ‘MWL’. You’ll be seeing more of the new look across many channels including our emails and social media.
Although our identity has evolved with the MWL rebrand, the company’s ownership, management, personnel, products and service-offering remain the same. A key purpose of the rebrand is to clearly communicate our company’s three modern divisions while acknowledging our proud heritage too.
Cold chain refrigerated transport is where MWL began and it remains a major sector for us. Our transport clients include refrigerated fleet managers, fleet engineers and owners, supermarket suppliers, chilled and frozen food and pharmaceutical distributors.
However, we also have two other divisions of cold rooms and heating, ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC). These divisions offer additional solutions for clients across many sectors and professions, both transport and non-transport related such as commercial property and manufacturing.
For example, we work closely with managing directors, purchasing directors, architects and specifiers, property developers, owners and tenants, facilities managers, data centre operators and manufacturing and industrial process managers.
Our new branding successfully represents the diversity of markets we serve and our range of support.
We’re proud of our market-leading service and product offerings across each of the three divisions. Our online servicing and maintenance portal is a great reflection of this. It’s used by customers to access a range of documents relating to their transport fleet or cold room, air conditioning and ventilation systems.
MWL enjoys a very strong engineering reputation and we are renowned for solving difficult or technical enquiries that many other providers cannot support. We’re proud of our highly skilled service and repair engineers who are on call 24/7 across the UK, supported from our offices.
In addition to the new corporate identity, we’re improving customer information, advice and insight through various channels including a new website, printed literature and informative social media, working with a Manchester marketing agency – Cornerstone Design & Marketing.
A mission of ours is to promote awareness of cleaner technology across all sectors while also working with traditional temperature control equipment. We help customers make the gradual transition to cleaner, more efficient equipment over time.
